Description
Sometimes, a longer lens can bring you closer to the essence of a location in a way that a wider lens cannot. Here, while standing on the bow of a boat in the tranquil waters of the bay, I directed my focus towards a smaller section of the glacier.
In this shot, every intricate detail within the ice becomes visible — the deep veins that carve through it and the mesmerizing blue hue of the adjacent water. Nature has artfully crafted converging leading lines, as the cracks and details all seem to point in the same direction.
