Description
The higher elevations of the Rincon Mountain District create a different landscape compared to the western side of Saguaro National Park. Hiking here, the desert feels denser, full of plants and cacti. It’s almost overwhelming to find a single subject to focus on. In the late afternoon light, I found the perfect saguaro. The orientation was such that the day’s last light washed across the spines, transitioning from bright daylight to dark night shadows. The print is full of detail and subtle color changes in the green cactus, capturing the beauty of this unique desert landscape.
