Description
Merriman Falls is a stunning waterfall in the Lake Quinault area of the Olympic Peninsula in Olympic National Park. The rainforest of the Olympic Peninsula is unique in North America, as it is the only rainforest in the continental United States. Nowhere else do you find such amazing diversity so close together.
I set up in the middle of a big pool of water with my tripod and a stack of ND filters to capture this stunning photo. The greens pop right out at you, and the smooth water flows around the mossy rocks, creating a serene and enchanting scene.
